Once knowing what to do it is nice game!
At first I was very lost on what is actually going on and what I need to to. A little help page or something showing controls etc. would be really good here.
However, overall game mechanic works very well and I see much potential making this a very good incremental game. The UI for upgrading though is veeeery small. At first I did not notice it was possible, but I assumed due to the empty parking lots.
The art style is nice, the timers work and once you get intothe game play it is fun as well. Bit more variation on music/ SFX would enhance the experience even more.
It fits the theme very well also! Very good entry.
