Hii! I watched a playthrough from Big Gaming ^-^ and to say the least, I enjoyed it.

There are a lot of things I enjoyed. The subtle horror, the general plot, the dialogue between the girls... I was immersed I will say that. Especially when it came to us tasting the cakes: each being high quality, being tasty but the more we chew something is... off. Like the metallic hint in one, the bitter medicinal taste. Like clearly something isn't right and it does buildup anxiety. It really made me wonder "What the hell did they put in them?"

Though, I wish there was more. Like at the end I have much more questions than I should. Like why did the girls starts killing customers? Why are they keeping customers to feed their previous victims to them? Why did they keep Aurelia alive instead of killing her instantly? What's the relationship between those girls?

You don't have to be direct and upfront and forcefeed us (pun intended), but maybe subtly imply. We don't need a whole tragic backstory, but maye drop some sprinkles.

Like I found myself wondering, why does Azul's arm look like a prosthetic arm? And at the end it made me reconsider perhaps it may be connected to the whole thing she has going on. Perhaps she started with her own arm before going with a whole body? Maybe a baking accident where some of the parts went into a dessert in some way? And so on, and that makes me see you do have potenial. I liked that detail. Keep doing something like that more.

If you expanded more on the world and the characters along with their motivations, this could make an experience so much stronger and give endings more impact and maybe stick in the mind of player's more.

Overall, I liked this game! Keep up the good work :3

Hi! I’ve only watched a little bit of his video so far since I’m a bit short on time, but I really liked it.

Regarding the questions, there are a few things I’d prefer to keep hidden for now in case I explore them in a possible sequel, but I can answer some of them.

The idea of keeping the customers alive and feeding them the cakes is more related to their disturbed mindset. They genuinely believe their creations are delicious and have the newcomers taste them and give their opinions (since they enjoy being praised) before doing what they eventually do.

Aurelia is kept captive for less than 24 hours, which suggests the chefs were busy and planned to prepare the girl’s “special ingredient” later.

Azul’s arm was mostly a design choice. I wanted each of them to have a distinct characteristic: Fraise with the mask, Tashia with the long nails and wide smile, and Azul with the prosthetic arm. Their designs were actually recycled from another game about dolls that I was developing, but I eventually abandoned it because it was too ambitious. The jointed doll parts were removed to make them look more human, except for Azul’s arm, which remained as her defining trait. Later I thought… it’s perfect! In a moment of crisis and lack of resources, she might have simply devoured her own arm.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked it. It was my first visual novel, so I didn’t have that much experience with writing yet. I promise I’ll do my best to create a deeper and richer story if there ends up being a sequel!
