I am definitely taking notes on the environment descriptions and will think about how to adjust them to better fit her state of mind. And regarding the scene where she goes to sleep, I totally see what you mean now. Making her actively struggle to calm her mind and forcing herself to think "whatever happens, happens" (instead of just passively accepting it) would be much more realistic. I will definitely rethink those moments!

About the controller vibration when the phone rings, that is actually something I already had in mind and I absolutely want to integrate it

I'm actually remaking the game in Unity! Ren'Py was great for beginners and it helped me get the game out for the Jam, I realized it has way too many limitations when it comes to customization. So the full version will be running on a brand new engine!
