not sure what do you mean by "build"?
I just bought every upgrade plain and simple.
Sure technically you can easily beat it since you are strong enough as long as you aint absorbed at the round start. but in reality, even with the damage aura thing, in the last 15 seconds you are surrounded by only level 30 cells which you collide with constantly.and if your aura pushes some cell to level 29 or lower, it is very likely that some other level 30 cell nearby will absorb it instead and you wont get it.
you can try to brute force push against the crowd and thereby snatch some level 29 or lower cells that way but thats only like 1 cell every few seconds.not enough to fill the overfill counter.
also only got the overfill counter up to 70 or 80% filled at best.
You’re right by build I meant buying all upgrades. Not all upgrades are mandatory but if you got them all then it’s definitely possible to fill the overfeed bar fully. And the strategy you describe is pretty good, when you have the damage aura you can go against the crowd and snatch a lot of cells. By this time, you gain 1s of time every cell you absorb so it’s really about “can I absorb a new cell every 1 second”
