Yes you need a certain cat related form and speak in that form to them.

Then it's clear. You should add a note in some quests that a specific form is required, otherwise it's getting a bit confusing. I wanted to do the side quests first and then progress through the forms and the story. I also noticed that in slime form, an ability that costs 30 slime can be used for 25 slime, if that's okay with you. And another question: if I didn't defeat the mimic the first time, it also remains open. Is that normal? The first mimic on the way out of the forest returned to normal after my defeat, and I later cleared it out with my team.

Yeah I can see that point. I will add some hint in the quest description.

The slime one probaly is a bug. You can upgrade the ability to cost less but for some reason the game probaly thinks you already got the first upgrade. Did that happened everywhere or just at certain spot?

Yes, original was intended that fleeing from a Mimic makes them they remained open after they got discovered. After all they can't fool one again.

The other one sounds like a bug. You did not get a game over there or what happened?

The second situation I described happened right at the start of the game. Don't pay attention to that reference now, but when I thought about it, I realized I'd lost and restarted from a save. The Mimic I lost to in the rabbit cave, I seem to have escaped and couldn't interact with it anymore. Is there any way to distinguish a regular chest from a Mimic? So I don't attack it unprepared next time.

Currently there is no way to tell from the look. The only small kinda hint is that Mimic Chests often are placed a bit different from normal chests. Their placement is often very convenient for the player.. Hard to explain^^"

Currently I also wouldn'r know any way to add a hint without making it too obvious. Suggestes are welcome if you should have any.

Is there a chance that a certain type of enemy will appear in this game? If so, I think it would be a good idea to have a book in the library that would tell you where this type of enemy appears most often and what resources it drops, to at least make collecting resources for quests a little easier.

I don't think i understand the first question. As for the others:

There is a unlockable app. I think called Bestiary or so? That lets you look those kind of informations up.

So, I understand, there is a bestiary. Regarding the first question, I was referring to the chance of a certain enemy appearing, like fairies. You might encounter them more often in one region, and less often or not at all in another. Should the lights that mark an enemy or group of enemies disappear after defeating them? Judging by your words, do you need a working phone to unlock the bestiary?

I see. The appearing rates are pretty similiar for all types. There are no enemies that are much more uncommon than others, excluding rare encounters of course. And yes, fairies for exsample are mainly in forest areas but may also appear in a few others.

No they should not disapear, only be pushed backwards. They disappeard in earlier versions but that often resulted in games crashes so I rework it.

I can't quite remember, I think you needed to get the app store working again, and in there it can be bought. Which gets restored as a reward for a quest if I remember correctly.

I see, thanks for the answer and the presentation. Still, I think the fairy has a low chance of appearing, as I've encountered her 5-7 times in 12 hours of play, and I need 30 mystical herbs from them for the quest.
