Back Again! I'm really looking forward to the possibility of polyamorous relationships. I like myself a Big family. Pet names like those are so great, a preference of mine would be calling them whales, a few personalities call themselves that already too.
I would love to tease some of the girls with shyer or more reluctant personalities with a comment here, a few words there or pinching their sides as they grow, just to add to the fantasy like you mentioned, or to up the interactivity of the whole game.

I think everything you want is doable & some of it will be coming soon!

The next update will let you & the girls become feedee webmodels and make money from gaining. You'll also be able to work shifts at your doughnut shop & hire girls you already know to work with you.

When it comes to polyamorous relationships, I've had quite a few requests to let multiple girls move in with you & it makes sense for the update focused on expanding the home to allow this. So I'll probably include that, but I'll definitely have to think through how different girls will interact with one another.

I'll probably add more fetish play, teasing and pet names like piggy, etc., to the sex update, coming after Jobs & Home.

I was thinking, adding stomach sounds to moments where it mentions a girl's fullness like after a huge meal, stages in the pub quiz, eating contest, during tube feedings and etc.. There are plenty of small asmr youtubers that make videos with mind melting stomach sounds. Highly recommend belly sounds and other cooing vocalizations.

I have plenty off other ideas. Some may be stretching it. A dairy milking rig to make tube feedings extremely stimulating. A fatty farm as an alternative to the care center, but for smaller girls dedicated to the gains. milkers... maybe...

I'd like to add some sound effects beyond the phone ringtone in a future update. The tricky thing is that I want the whole game just to be a single HTML file & not have to rely on separate audio files. But I might be able to use the Web Audio API to produce something.

Hucow-related stuff could potentially be added as home upgrades if the demand is there. :)
