Anyone know how to get the rat tech out of the cage? I've been swimming around and diving but I have no Idea what to do. I've gotten to the sluice gate at the TV but there no wheel.
To get that guy out you gotta find Ritzo's lost coin and return it to him. He tells you where to find it, but it's shiny and should be in one of the corners of the city walls
