Another fantastic update! What are the conditions for a feeder opening her own Dizzy's? Have I locked myself out of seeing that by unlocking the upgrade that lets me run my own Dizzy's (and thus beating her to it in every new town)?
You will need to start a new game, unfortunately, to see a feeder open Dizzy's. They'll only do this if they reach level 15 and you don't already have the upgrade yourself.
What I think I'll do is introduce a franchise agreement to open the shop in each town. That way, you can choose not to open the shop or even cancel the agreement to let an NPC feeder take over.
