Interesting concept, but a bit frustrating. It was hard for me to understand what was happening or how to play. I think the core of it could be expanded in interesting ways though. I like the art on the chips!
I don't know what a 'Chip Building' game is. I messed with it for about 5 minutes, got frustrated and quit.
Maybe more instructions on what 'Flip Room' means. What the icons on the circle doo dads meant. Like that.
