after getting my begging chance up to iirc 11% my corporate assigned feeder now gives me a perpetual 0% chance to refuse, not sure if that's just me being too fat to refuse now or smth got messed up with the last begging
There was a penalty to your chance to refuse after repeated failed attempts. That, plus a separate penalty for that particular feeder type, reduced your chance to 0%.
I was in two minds about changing this, as someone mentioned they liked that it went to 0%, but I've decided I don't want players to be able to get stuck and have to save scum, etc. So I've changed this now in a small update I just released (4.24).
