for some reason appel.gg says that the server no longer accepts appeals. I got banned 1 year ago for stupid reason and my appeal was rejected.

Politics is a serious offense in any discord server that isn't related to politics
So yeah, Discord mods dont take kindly to that. Unless you got a direct contact with a mod and ask for forgiveness...Your appeals wont work

I'm a reasonable person who knows how to watch my language. I told a story about something I was in and that was partly political. I'm not such a fucking idiot to talk about politics.

Not much can be done about it unless a direct contact with Mods or Nose himself can do something about it.. Which I think its very unlikely. They will probably ignore it or outright just dgaf because any sort of Politic talk is Firing squad ban.
I mean realistically, it doesn't need to be fair. You said yourself that you thought you might get in trouble for sharing the story but you did anyway. And you're also being really vague about what actually happened. You dont need to specifically say "xyz is my political belief", just saying you were at a rally is enough to devolve a server into a cesspit.

I told that I was arguing with a user who didn't like my nickname, and he started calling the administration, who without looking into it, immediately banned me. (I asked if my nickname was connected to "some" military organization)
You're being so incredibly vague and refusing to say anything specific, so I can only assume the worst. And if it was that bad, no wonder you got banned and your appeal was rejected.
