While not in a public court. OP was banned from a private owned server... And well they chose to ban OP. Not much can be done about it unless a direct contact with Mods or Nose himself can do something about it.. Which I think its very unlikely. They will probably ignore it or outright just dgaf because any sort of Politic talk is Firing squad ban.
I mean realistically, it doesn't need to be fair. You said yourself that you thought you might get in trouble for sharing the story but you did anyway. And you're also being really vague about what actually happened. You dont need to specifically say "xyz is my political belief", just saying you were at a rally is enough to devolve a server into a cesspit.
