Game indexing delay - Twerk the bottle (published over 8 days ago)

Hi,
I am writing because my game "Twerk the bottle" (https://mementos17.itch.io/twerk-the-bottle)  has been published and set to Public for 9 days now (since mid-February), yet it is still completely invisible in the search results and browse sections.

As this is my first project, I have waited patiently for the manual review process, but it has now exceeded the standard waiting time. I have followed all the publishing rules and the page is correctly set up.

  • Could a moderator please look into this and manually trigger the indexing for my account?

    Thank you, mementos17

  • Hi, it's been 11 days since I published my game and it's still not indexed. I've already shared the link and ticket number (#346357) above. Could someone please take a quick look? I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you!

I've let our admins know about your ticket.

Thank you so much, No Time To Play! I really appreciate you taking the time to help me with this. I'll wait for the admins to do their magic. Thanks again!

hey same issue here please tell me how to generate ticket.

Please contact support. But first please read the rules of this category.

Hi everyone, quick update: my game is still not showing up in search. I'm hoping it can be resolved before the weekend, as it's been 13 days since submission. Thank you for your help!

Hi again, sorry to bother you. It's now been 16 days since the game was published and I’m honestly getting very concerned as the release momentum is fading away. I understand the admins are busy, but is there any update on the indexing? It’s been 3 days since the last update here and the game is still not showing up in search. Thank you for your help!

"Hi again. It has now been 18 days since publication and the game is still not indexed. I was told 6 days ago that the admins would be informed, but I haven't seen any progress or received a reply to my ticket (#346357).

I'm really worried at this point—18 days is well beyond the usual review period. Could an admin please manually check if there is a technical flag or an issue with my account? I just want to start my promotion. Thank you.

You're not alone buddy! I'm having trouble too!

Hi. I am writing this because I am officially tired of waiting. It has been 45 days (a month and a half) since 'Twerk the Bottle' was published.

I have followed every single rule, I opened a support ticket (#346357) weeks ago, and I have been more than patient. However, it seems my politeness has not been respected. 45 days for a simple indexing process is unacceptable for any developer trying to launch a project.

I even updated the .exe recently to show that the project is active, but still nothing. I need an admin to manually review this account and tell me in the fastest way what is going on. This is no longer a 'delay', it feels like a technical bug or total neglect. Please, resolve this.

"It has now been 48 days—nearly 7 weeks—since I published 'Twerk the Bottle'.

I have followed every rule of this platform and waited patiently, but at this point, I feel like my time and my work are not being respected. I understand the admins are busy, but leaving a developer in the dark for a month and a half, with an open ticket (#346357) and no updates, is honestly discouraging.

I’ve done my part, including updating the .exe to keep the project active. I’m just asking for the same level of professional respect in return. Could an admin please take a moment to manually check this? I really want to move forward with my project. Thank you.
