"Hi again. It has now been 18 days since publication and the game is still not indexed. I was told 6 days ago that the admins would be informed, but I haven't seen any progress or received a reply to my ticket (#346357).
I'm really worried at this point—18 days is well beyond the usual review period. Could an admin please manually check if there is a technical flag or an issue with my account? I just want to start my promotion. Thank you.
