My game page has been in quarantine for over a month

Hello, I read this document(https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed) and I still need help.

My game page(https://almondraf.itch.io/sexed-course) has been in quarantine since January 16, 2026.  On that day, I sent a request to support(ticket ID: 337258), but unfortunately, I did not recieve an answer. I also tried posting a request on itch reddit page to get help, but it didn't work. Could you please help me get my game indexed again? If I violated any rules and that's why the game was de-indexed, please let me know what exactly I violated and I am willing to fix it if possible. Thank you!

P.S. Before I found out that I could ask for help here if human review takes too long, I tried to create a new page. Now I read that I shouldn't have done it, so I changed this new page status to draft.

I've let our admins know about your ticket.

Thank you!

Hello, it’s been two weeks since I posted here about my issue, but unfortunately, nothing changed. I understand that the support team is probably swamped with messages, but I just want to make sure everything is okay and that I just need to wait? Is there any estimated timeframe I can count on? Is it possible that my request was reviewed without reply?

I also read that I can boost the support ticket's importance by getting more people to visit my game's page (not sure if this works if the mods already let the admins know about my ticket, but still). So I tried it, but the thing is, they get the following message:

And the thing is that it discourages players from downloading and playing the game...(and I guess may have a negative influence on my reputation as a developer on the platforms I advertise) Is there anything I can do about this?

Thank you!

Please read the rules of this category where it says not to ask how long it takes. No-one in the community can answer your questions, anyway.

It’s been almost three months since my game was quarantined. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a response to my ticket #337258 from January 16, 2026. I was wondering if the admins might have missed my ticket. Could you, if possible, notify them again about my ticket? I'm just really worried that it might have gotten lost, because I still haven't received a response to my other ticket on a different topic (#281179 from June 1, 2025), even though it's been 10 months.
