not really. a lot of streamers are trying to click farm so they go for games with a lot of visuals that will keep the audience engaged constantly. but many youtubers who do videos only will do text based things because youtube videos have a slower energy. ive found a lot of vn playthroughs on youtube but its rare to see anyone stream them ever :( a live reading of a game might be pretty cool tho!

Aw... I see. Know any Youtube content creators who do play more text-based works?

i dont im sorry :( i only occasionally see them come up in my recommended.

if you are into scary stuff there is a youtuber who will play literally anything on the itchio page, manlybadasshero. hes played a lot of horror visual novels and narrative heavy stuff if you are into that kind of thing. but he mostly plays games with a lot of visuals :((

sometimes what i do is i look up a playthrough of a game i like and a lot of times i can find youtubers who upload stuff that is similar to that game. i dont play a lot of fully text based stuff, but a visual novel i liked recently was angelface. if i look up angelface full playthrough in the search there are a couple people who pop up and only upload horror indie vn playthroughs.

have you played road warden? i looked up text based games on google and it was one of the results. on youtube theres multiple people who have done full playthroughs of the game! its not the best strategy but it may help?

sorry thats not the best advice :( i havent played many games without visuals, but thats how i have found a lot of the channels i like so i hope it maybe helps you find what youre looking for
