About game: The game is cool, it has a visual style and a vibe. The story is scary, as a result, “spoiler alert” we become a “deliveryman” and the parcel is taken away from us. I liked everything, but it was very difficult to find the key.

Thank's for playing it!
I am glad the story scared you, that's the part I enjoyed working on the most!

You are right, I noticed how dark my game was for many people. I'll definitly add the brightness option after the jam.

One of the best games of this jam, easily !

(I hated the Macarena.)

You did an excellent job with this game. The fact that you came up with this idea during a Jam means you should either continue it later or make new things in a similar style!! you're really good at this kind of game! Enjoyable dialogues and comfortable gameplay, nothing felt tedious to me. Very well done again! Keep up the great wooork!!!

Thank's bro, it means a lot to me!

The story is the part I enjoyed working on the most, so I am happy to read that. It motivates me to work on my other story ideas!

The dialogue is really good, especially when "Barron" repeats to "Emily" what "Duke" told him in chapter 1. I can't really put into proper words what that made me feel but I know I locked in with a new found interest.

I think the thought of whether or not you are Daniel stuck out in my mind the whole time until meeting "Emily" and then it really dawned on me what happened.

The environment is really well made, even when not being able to tell if you're Daniel or Barron the door shut with planks evokes an interesting feeling of whether you're being lied to or not.

I loved the reference to the jam itself on the computer screen, I thought that was clever and funny.

I understand it's a more story oriented game but the lack of meaningful monsters made it feel a little less spooky, still I was apprehensive every time I saw the father so he had a scary quality to him.

Thank's for your comment and for playing it!

My goal was to create doubt in the player's mind, just as I did with Daniel, and I'm glad I managed to do that with you.
Yes, in a way, I'm more into psychological horror than scary horror.

I'm glad you liked the game.

I came back to review for the jam ratings

I thought the aesthetic was really cool. To be completely honest I did see the story playing out how it did, but given the time frame I thought it was a pretty solid story driven mystery

Thank's, I am glad you liked it even if you saw it coming!

I loved trying to figure out what the truth was. Am I (the player) going crazy, forgetting everything, or is my 'family' telling me the truth. Also it has that grungy psx horror texturing i always love. good dialog and atmosphere. it even had a funny, yet scary, moment in the basement. the game leaves you questioning everything. i enjoyed this!
