I send an email to support@itch.io in 4-5 months ago, and I didn't get a response yet.

My request is simply to: I followed all guideline, but my game was not indexed.

I am having similar problems with the tags above from my game Lunar Patrol, the game does not show up in the search engine.

My games are finnal indexed, and welcome to play my demos! Also, if you are struggling with getting indexed, hope you can also get indexed soon!

Haha, support hasn't responded to me for 3 years now. As far as I understand, they don't want to improve OAuth and are ignoring my emails(

I also haven't received any response to my emails. Currently none of my games have been indexed for months, possibly longer. They used to be indexed but now are not.

Sounds like this website runs on Auto pilot. It probably generates enough cash so that they can ignore all the issues. Users are not heard and issues are not resolved, even for game creators. Pathetic.
