Was looking to give this game a try and saw this post. Throwing my take on this, I imagine the devs went in with PC as the main focus. Maybe there was a time where mobile was planned, but I imagine it's not that easy to just make a mobile version so suddenly. Even if they did go for it, expect a much longer development time making it, which I don't think is the best look with how long this has been going.
