Cool! The Visual is pretty creepy and cool, totally fit the theme so well! Can totally see the effort have put inside!
Personally suggest of adding some fade-out of SFX to feel a little bit smoother! Sometime might feel cut off suddenly, also, the particle of the enemy attack are really cool! If adding some more particle too when enemy get hit might feel better too!
