I would have thought that a non-game perzine would be classed as a Book or a Comic...if it's not a game or game material then I don't see why it would it be categorized under Physical Games...
Yes, that's correct. Submit under whichever category fits best for the creation you're making. My main point is that the jam isn't for video games.
