Hello, if you want to set up a dedicated server, then look here: Setting up a server.

kk a bit hard but why not try it out ! I can find a tutorial on how to make this on yt?

Hello, it's easier as you think. Try to start a local server on your Windows machine. Create first a world with name e.g. YourWorld, next exit Stonecraft and open a terminal window. Type stonecraft.exe --server --worldname YourWorld. Now the Server is starting. Open Stonecraft again and choose "Client", edit Address to "127.0.0.1" <- this is your local IP. Now choose a Name/Password and you can connect to your local server. Now everybody on your LAN can join the game. If you want to play over Internet with friends, you have to rent a server or you open your router IP/Ports for Stonecraft, see Port Forwarding.

first i wanna make public server not local i am from greece nobody is playing on greece except me

When i go to the 3th option up ''Server'' I select a world and then i press start game on the Public seting sooo this is how create server because after i go again to Client it dosent exist

You have to set up port forwarding in your router configuration. Example: Your local IP is 192.168.1.10 and your router IP is 236.64.39.10. Then you have to forward your public IP:Port 236.64.39.10:30000 to your local IP:Port 192.168.1.10:30000. Now the server list can "see" your local server. The server list in Stonecraft doesn't list local servers.
