I purchased Quest Game Tuner on itch.io and received an activation code that contains both letters and numbers.
However, when I open the app and try to activate it, the activation window only allows me to enter numbers — it does not accept letters at all.
Could you please let me know how to activate it correctly?
Is there a different way to enter the code, or did I receive the wrong type of activation key?
