The problem with that is the current hourly jobs are essentially filler until I make them into jobs with actual mini-games. So I have no reason to change them currently. Also, all content is optional, so you don't actually have to work an hourly job to make money. In fact, as it stands, the hourly jobs are the worst ways to make money.

Also, I wouldn't quite call this a "work + train + social cycle" game, that really only scratches the surface of the actual content in the game. I'd even say those are the systems I've put the least work into so far.

That's what the game presents itself as from the start.  And it really doesn't addresst he primary issue that there's a lot of screens that you have to go through to do anything. 
And what's the best way to earn money? fishing?
