You need Ectoplasm & Slime from the same area. They are both at the haunted hotel.

There is a Time system you can check on your map. He always works from 9am to 8pm then walks back home.

Before then, he reads until its time to work, or is located at his apartment.

I have explored the whole inside of the Hotel, except for the secret tunnel, and searched inside the building behind Omega, but I haven't found any ectoplasm or slime essence. The map says 8/8 secrets found, but checking the inventory shows I haven't found either ingredient.

I'm also still not clear on how I'm meant to deliver the ingredients. Am I just supposed to talk to him once the ingredients are inside the inventory?

yes, i also can;t help you with solving it, as Im the developer, just telling you how to beat it would be the opposite of why i make the game.

The next version of the game will have a quest and hint system.

I hope its a good hint system, considering I think I'd rather just give up on this quest instead of actually continue running around one area with no real direction.

Also, you never did answer the last question I put on the original post.
