the problem is that windows 10 is no longer supported. much like Windows 7 hving issues, its just, Windows 10s dead.

im trying to change the tickrate from 5 -> 16 to see if it helps next update

There is a Time system you can check on your map. He always works from 9am to 8pm then walks back home.
