Never thought I would see a management-like game in a jam. It gets repetitive a little too fast, but I see the potential here. It would be nice to see employees increase their skills through job training and other cool stuff that further development could bring. Overall, a good game.

thank you so much for playing! :D there was defo some stretch-goal we were interested in implementing (skills dropping over the shift indicating burnout that could be refreshed with a smoke break, certain characters getting more of a boost when sent alone vs others when going in a bigger group) so i'm glad our thoughts were on the right track :D tysm for the feedback <3
