Is generator characters allowed? Plugins allowed?

I use rpg maker MV.

So are plugins allowed, like yanfly plugins?

What about characters created with the generator inside rpg maker?

Also wondering about this, as well as if "no recolors" also means no using the hue shifter that's built into the engine.

Might challenge myself to not use any scripts in VX Ace and just go pure vanilla, but would like to know if they're an option.

✅ Recolors using the engine are okay.

🤔 Just not the ones using Photoshop/Gimp. For example, using red colored eyes on the left and blue on the right as that recolor is editing already. Or the colored layers of clothes are being changed. Or, dyeing the character's hair. Or, a violet chicken.

✅ Scripts that are simple and not advanced are okay like changing the resolution or fixing bugs. Quest System are okay as long as no custom graphics are added. Changing text to bold, italic and underlined is okay. Simple zoom in and out is okay, too.

🤔 No if it alters the graphics like how the menu looks, adding an item scene; the gameplay such as custom battle system that uses scripts, adding lighting system; the audio such as getting near the fire gives a crackling sound and moving away fades it out.

✅ Characters created with the generator inside the engine are fine. As long as there are no added custom/ paid/ downloaded external graphics.

✅ For the plugins, it can be used as long as it doesn't affect the gameplay, the graphics, and the audio. For example, the plugin for having higher display resolution or fixes RPG Maker bugs is okay. I'll allow the texts being changed to bold, italic or underlined. I'll also allow simple script calls like zooming in and out, checking or displaying variables. (Ex: Displaying the amount of money when interacting with the innkeeper.) I'm okay with Quest System as long as no custom images are attached.

🤔 If it changes the look of the menu, it is considered as the graphic being altered/edited. Doodads/TileD is not allowed. No lighting systems. Those plugins that changes the battle system is not allowed as it will affect the gameplay criteria. Advanced script calls has the same effect. Let's keep it as default or minimal as possible.
