I just want to ask when the new version will be available on Android.

Quoting the FAQ page in the Wiki:

There is no Android version of the game. However, it is possible to play on Android using the PC version under emulation. Instructions are in the itch.io page, under the heading “How to play on Android”.

So you can play on Android the same day the PC version is released.

It's too early in development to give a proper answer. The only one I can give is unsatisfactory.
