so sorry for the trouble can you screen shot the inside of the game folder for me? Please send me an email to ceylonent.ind@gmail.com with your device specifications and if there is a log file try open that and see if there is any hints why it crashed. I don’t know if I can help either since I tried downloading via steam and works fine for me but I will try to help if I get more information.

If problem stil persists please try without the dlc (deleting the PATCH folder) and if it still doesn’t work, and ur understandably tired from it all, please refund via steam and itch for the purchases.

The specific configuration of this device is as follows: Model: HP Gaming Laptop 16-k0xxx, Processor: 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H, Memory: 16.0 GB, Operating System: Windows 11 Home Chinese Edition, Graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU.

I haven’t been able to fix this problem these days. Every time I launch a game, it automatically shows a white screen and then crashes.

again so sorry for the trouble. Your specs is not that different from my old computer which to this day can still run the game fine and mine had a lower CPU, but I also test in my current PC with a more modern CPU and still can’t trigger the same bug. I genuinely don’t know what could trigger such a bug besides perhaps ur antivirus thinking the exe is a virus or something? I suggest you refund via steam if still able within the time purchase deadline. If not, at least refund from itch by emailing support@itch.io and say the game doesn’t run as I do not handle refunds from either sites directly. Though I can help contact itch for refund but it is usually faster if the buyer contacts them directly. Once more I am sorry for the inconvenience however since I cannot replicate this issue, I cannot figure out the solution either.
