The specific configuration of this device is as follows: Model: HP Gaming Laptop 16-k0xxx, Processor: 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H, Memory: 16.0 GB, Operating System: Windows 11 Home Chinese Edition, Graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU.

I haven’t been able to fix this problem these days. Every time I launch a game, it automatically shows a white screen and then crashes.

I bought this game on the Steam platform, along with its additional DLC. Just as I was ready to play, the game immediately crashed on launch. I thought I’d spent ages troubleshooting, but I still couldn’t get it to run again. I assumed it must be a problem with Steam, so I purchased the game again on the this platform—only to find it still wouldn’t run.

Then I started hunting for solutions to fix this issue. I tried everything: updating my graphics drivers, adjusting system compatibility settings, and even digging into the game’s code. At one point, I felt like I’d become a Python master from all the tinkering. But nothing worked.

I don’t understand why this is happening. I’ve spent a significant amount of money, yet I can’t experience the game—not even for a single second. I have no idea how to fix this, and it’s absolutely devastating.

I rarely post comments on social media, but this time I really can't take it anymore. I don't know if you, the developer, have any solutions for this? I'm completely exhausted, both physically and mentally.
