Very pretty and unique game! I like the concept quite a bit but the balance felt a bit brutal---my very first encounter required 8 stamina T_T
Do the different terrains have different types of effects? I would love to see the concept expanded. The hanafuda cards and cute overworld bird are a really fun combination :)
A first encounter with the hunter is always brutal :D although it was very bad luck in your case, the hunter only appears in certain tiles with a reduced chance. Tiles have limited effects on gameplay for now, it only randomizes different set of cards (both the ones you face and the ones you get as a reward)
