Super cool game - really impressed this was all done in a week and almost entirely from scratch!
Thought the simple controls worked really well with the theming. Loved the visuals. Loved slowly upgrading the ship and being able to journey further and further. Great work!
Minor nitpicks (not big deals at all): Wasn't entirely clear to me you can shoot the poison clouds, but the game became much more managable after that! Also once I was pretty powerful it was a bit tedious just travelling over to the kraken and then back to the mystic.
