It's best to check the policy from where you got it from. lots of sites show this information like like it should be credited or if it even needs to be. I would say you probably shouldn't use sound from an existing work if you don't have permission or isn't explicitly stated in a license that you can use it, such as a track form plok. There are lots of good sites for this, like pixabay, where everything is royaty/credit free.

Makes sense, thanks! Most of the sound effects are just stock sound effects I found online with sites like pixabay, so those shouldn’t be issues and can easily be credited, I’ll just quickly change the two tracks mentioned.
