If your account is above 18 years old, then it must be because of something else. It could be regional restrictions, since some countries have a things for Discord.
A new account should have no problem joining any server, I think?
If your Email is verified, your Phone Number is verified, your account birthday is set to be above 18 years old, then I do not know what is wrong with your account other than you got banned.
