Really interesting concept here, it's a good challenge trying to balance exactly when to use your ability and when you have to swap to another toy before your timer runs out. I can imagine that if there were more levels, you would have more toys in the same space, which would encourage the player to try and think about which toy to possess first. I would like it if there was some kind of animation when the player dies or when a toy despawns as it's a bit strange to have them blink out of existence. I also didn't get too much of a slick feeling from the game, maybe when you're aiming at another toy it feels a bit like that, but that's about it. Despite that though I do like the idea and would love to see something more like this. Thumbs up to you!
