Potential bug?

First of all, thank you so much for sharing this new update, I'm super excited about it!

So I started a new game, and I noticed the Hinterlands seem to have changed the story options. Spoiler incoming!

In particular, I am no longer able to retrieve the corrupted feather/get the Chthonic Brand (instead there's a much more mysterious scene talking about the face of God).

I also can't Purify the corrupted olive tree. (I haven't been able to find the cemetery at all, actually).

Is this a bug on my end? Or is it an intentional change in the story?

Is this your first time playing through the Hinterlands on this machine? Does it previous save files where you played through it before?

These events you mentioned are all part of the expanded hinterlands content, which is unlocked by...

First of all, three out of five locations will only become available after you have unlocked the two achievements called "The Tale of Argos and Io" AND "Shedding a Light". To do so you must complete Hinterlands 5and visit "The Shed" in at least one of your playthroughs.

This is my first time playing on this machine. (I got a new phone). It's an Android pixel 9A.

I have Shining a Light, but I do not yet have The Tale of Argos and Io on this phone. That explains it!

Just thought to follow up. I did a new save after completing the original, so I had The Tale of Argos and Shining a Light this time. And indeed, it let me get the extended Hinterlands! I successfully purified the olive tree. :)
