Playability:
As funny as it is I liked this game for what it currently isn't doing. If you rebuilt this as a police chase game where you control the getaway car while viewing it from the news helicopter covering the scene it would work wonders. Based on the games name this was my immediate impression.
Theme:
Interesting use of theme for now but not very strong. Needs more time to cook.
Cleverness:
The idea of using a camera system like that is really interesting. Adding more tie-ins to the theme around that would be great.
Artistic Style:
Simple, Sketchy, and Consistent. Nothing wrong here.
