How do I see the Sync ID to download the saves?
Sync IDs are valid for 1 hour.

Just the screen to put the Sync ID
That's the download screen, not upload. You want to click "Upload saves" from the device where your saves are currently located and "Download saves" on the device you want to move your saves to.
