I built locally and played it as well.

The art and animation so far is good and seems like it would make a fun little romp once fleshed out. I understand it was blocked by build issues, but I can see where you were going.

The trope of having the dialog include gameplay hints was pretty useful, though the need to strictly align one's feet with the (eventually invisible?) hitboxes would be confusing in a final game. Larger boxes would make sense, as well as feedback when attempting Q/E on a noninteractive area. As for the bookshelf, using Q and failing to move it probably should have had a response there instead of needing to go back to talk to the creature again, though I did so anyway.

Then I got stuck. I came back here to consult the comments to discover the black box was the red box, which I had already interacted with, but since it talks about a teleporter instead, while also saying I collected Bread..., I got lost. I couldn't figure out how to take either of these back to the creature, so I gave up there.

It seems to be a good start though and hope you can continue it!

Thank you for your feedback! I agree with all the points you have made here. It seems the hint to press "E" to pick up items was never implemented, and therefore it is completely reasonable that you wouldn't know how to pick up the box, I apologize.
