Hi, I believe you mean something like the user selects a skill, then turn 1 does nothing and they are prevented from acting turn 2 and on turn 2 they unleash the attack? I think that is something different than a cooldown, but it could be a neat idea for its own mechanic in the future.

More like from the start of battle, the skill isn't usable for X amount of turns.

Oh ok, so it starts on cooldown at the start of battle? I could add that pretty easily, thanks for the suggestion
