I was able to get it running on my steamdeck using Proton 7.0-6 I didn't even use Wine at all. Hope that helps

I don't use Steam, but nonetheless I've tried with several versions of GE-Proton to no avail. :(

I was able to export to Linux, so that's now available. But I haven't tested it yet. Sorry you had all this trouble!

Unfortunately the native Linux build crashes at launch. If you want I could provide the error logs (but I'm not sure whether you have any way to debug it).

Sure enough!

At first I thought the relevant error was the inability to find the libnode.so library, so I tried again but this time pre-loading it: https://pastebin.com/TMfKPy5v

No complaints about it this time but it still crashes, so the culprit is probably the font-related error.

I'm on Arch Linux with the KDE desktop (hence the KWallet and KLauncher errors in the logs), dunno if the Desktop Environment could have any influence...

Update: I'm having the same exact problem with other RPGMaker games that used to work fine before, so it's more than likely that your game's fine and the issue is entirely on my end.
