[Unreal][Programmer] Developer with some free time looking for a team

Hi,

I’m a full-time developer with solid C++ experience, and I want to get deeper into Unreal Engine 5.

I’m not a complete beginner in Unreal - I’ve already built a small prototype game to get familiar with the basics:

I’m looking for a small team to do a short game jam or small Unreal project, ideally lasting a few days up to two weeks. My main goal is to learn Unreal Engine 5 properly while still finishing a complete, playable game.

Ideally, you’re another developer or tech artist with at least some Unreal experience. I’m open to any game genre, as long as the project is SFW and realistically scoped.

Important: I’m not interested in commercial projects — this is purely for learning, collaboration, and fun.

If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reply here or send me a message.

Cheers,

Joschi

Hey! I’m a 3D modeler and I’d love to collaborate. I can help by making models for your game.

Great! I may come back to you as soon as some people are found to form a team :)

Nice I'll see you in DC my user is edgaras4004

Hello, nice to meet you!

Few months ago I made a partial game for a game jam inspired by the old Atari game called Asteroids. Since it was for a game jam, it will be completely free and non commercial.

We have all the assets (from graphics to music). If you want to put your hands on it, contact me through Discord:

Hello Joschi,

Nice to meet you. We’re a small team currently developing a survival horror project in Unreal Engine 5, mainly working with Blueprints.

You can see our project here:

We’re not looking just for commercial work either — a short, well-scoped Unreal project focused on learning and completing something playable sounds like a good fit.

If you’d like, we can discuss a small concept and see if it makes sense to collaborate.
