Do you mean dialogue during battle? Like enemies and actors talking to each other?

Just like in your plugin example image. Using `<CastText>`, customizable text pops up above a battler whenever a skill or item is used in battle. My question is, for the ATB combat system, is it possible to have the battler display text when they begin preparation (e.g., for skills or items that require a charge time to use)?

This way, I can create a text message that pops up when the enemy starts charging (simulating the enemy exerting force), to indicate to the player what skill the enemy is about to use, thus increasing the fun.
