In the SOLO PAMPHLET d6 encounters section, where it mentions the 'Mutant", it says, "Roll a D4. Squid Arm: Has 10’ reach or Two Head: Wins initiative 1-4."
Was the intention here that the mutant would have either a squid arm OR the two heads? And if so, is the d4 roll supposed to determine that?
