I was just playing this version and used a save from the previous version, I prestiged back to sector 1 and played a while and then eventually ended up where there were no POIs to jump to, so I was stuck...
Usually older version save would not work, because I'm still doing a lot of changes with the save schema.
Did you try to exit and back in
Just tried it and, yes, there is now one POI available.
