This was a fun game! Reminded me a little of Atom Zombie Smasher.
Just a heads-up, you can spam new agent to reroll the stats.
The time to retire button at the end didn't do anything (I'm on firefox).
The Itch fullscreen button overlaps with the Unity one, and when pressed it doesn't actually fullscreen your game.
