How good was the level design? 

Good enough, for it not being too easy or too hard.
How well implemented were the quick time events? 

it did what it was suppose to, nothing more, nothing less.
How multifunctional was the level design? 

only got to "room 2" but seems like it could easily be endless.
Did the difficulty seem fair? 

yes, thankfully you dont need to break your finger clicking the mouse constantly.
Was it fun to play this entry? 

prob a lot more fun trying to speed run it with someone else.
