Once I read (as a piece of advice for game jams) that “you should create a tutorial for complicated actions, but avoid explaining effects that are obvious or that can be easily discovered without wasting time or resources”. I now think it’s a bad advice =P
Next time I’ll create a tutorial with all the effects explained, even the ones I think are fun to discover by experimenting! =)
