For the “anomalies”: I had little time to balance it, so… my initial idea was: you shoot and, if after that phase there isn’t a combo (that increments the multiplier), you lose.
But I didn’t have time to test that feature, and to add proper info on board, so… it’s only a good advantage =D
Once I read (as a piece of advice for game jams) that “you should create a tutorial for complicated actions, but avoid explaining effects that are obvious or that can be easily discovered without wasting time or resources”.
I now think it’s a bad advice =P
Next time I’ll create a tutorial with all the effects explained, even the ones I think are fun to discover by experimenting! =)
Nice art, but my pieces don’t move… I can click on the light pieces and start the pointer arrow, but nothing happens.
I managed to make ONE attack with a pawn, but nothing else.
Nice game, very fun! I love incremental games! I only have one note: the dollar button to open the menu isn’t very clear… and I would have preferred the distance traveled to always be visible instead of being fixed under the cannon!
Cool concept, but the controls are terrible: the player moves too fast and I usually play with WASD, so for matching the fast-pass I had to arrange my hands in an unnatural position…
Yes, I know the game would need more balancing (more time for breaking blocks and a maximum number of glitches clicked with some trick to “reset” this glitch counter), but I run out of spare time. =D
